Pilates is a form of exercise developed in the early 1900’s by Joseph Pilates. It was originally named "Contrology" because he believed in the power of our minds to control our bodies.

Pilates is designed to improve posture, strength, flexibility, coordination and alignment which works towards conditioning the entire body so you may perform at your optimum level with a greater physical awareness.

Pilates exercises use smooth, flowing and precise movements to get your body working in a safer and more efficient way. It is suitable for all fitness levels, body types and ages.

I offer private or semi-private sessions in the STUDIO and group MAT classes.
